Returns & Exchanges

At PustakCafe, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your PustakCafe account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the invoice and all original brand tags are included inside.

• 3.
  Handover or Drop-off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and schedule a doorstep pickup or drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the quality of the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
